Welcome to Rojgarmitraa.in. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent may submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent listed below.
As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a good faith infringement claim, please provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (please include the URL of the page in question).
- Information to contact the complaining party, including name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Title 17 USC §512(f) provides civil damage penalties for knowingly and materially misrepresenting information in a notification of infringement.
Send all takedown notices to our legal team via email for prompt attention: contact@rojgarmitraa.in
Please be aware that we may share the identity and information in any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you understand and agree that your identity and claim may be communicated to the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you’ve received a notice of takedown due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide a counter-notification to have the material restored. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was taken down and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page or email, which is highly recommended.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. Pursuant to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy, we maintain a list of DMCA notices and make a good faith effort to identify repeat infringers. Violators of our internal repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
