Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Induction & Onboarding:
    • Plan and execute effective onboarding programs.
    • Ensure a seamless induction process for new employees.
  2. HRMS Data Accuracy:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRMS.
  3. Payroll & Exit Management:
    • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
    • Manage smooth exit processes for departing employees.
  4. HR Audit:
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  5. MIS Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze HR-related reports for informed decision-making.
  6. Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations.
  2. Expertise in HR functions, including onboarding, HRMS, payroll, exit management, HR audit, MIS reporting, and employee engagement.
  3. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
