Key Responsibilities:
- HR Induction & Onboarding:
- Plan and execute effective onboarding programs.
- Ensure a seamless induction process for new employees.
- HRMS Data Accuracy:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRMS.
- Payroll & Exit Management:
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
- Manage smooth exit processes for departing employees.
- HR Audit:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- MIS Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR-related reports for informed decision-making.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Expertise in HR functions, including onboarding, HRMS, payroll, exit management, HR audit, MIS reporting, and employee engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
