Role Overview:
As a Relationship Officer or Senior Relationship Officer (Business) at Fusion Microfinance Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission of financial inclusion and empowerment. Operating in the dynamic landscape of rural and semi-urban areas, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, primarily women entrepreneurs. Your role will involve understanding their financial needs, providing them with suitable financial solutions, and promoting financial literacy to enhance their understanding of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements and providing personalized financial solutions.
- Business Development: Identify potential clients in the assigned areas, conduct outreach activities, and onboard new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Loan Disbursement and Recovery: Facilitate loan disbursement processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in the recovery of loans through regular follow-ups and engagements with clients.
- Financial Literacy Promotion: Educate clients on financial concepts, products, and services to enhance their financial literacy and empower them to make informed financial decisions.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of client information and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Market Research and Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass and above.
