Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational performance.
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Handle all end-to-end HR activities, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Source candidates through Social Media, Job Portals, and Networking.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates and onboard them successfully into the organization.
- Participate in unique recruiting processes and be trained to align with our business model.
- An added advantage for candidates with experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Experience in service-based or consulting companies is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
- Prior experience in service-based or consulting companies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
