Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Bookkeeping:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
- Invoicing:
- Generate and manage invoices.
- Accounts Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Expense Tracking:
- Monitor and track expenses.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial reports as required.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial data collection.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in accounting.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
