Position Overview:

• Role: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies.
