Position Overview:

  • Role: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Experience Required: 1-3 years in an HRBP role
  • Work Arrangement: On-site at our corporate office in Pune, 6 days a week
  • Location – Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet business needs.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
