Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment experience.
- Operations:
- Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
- MBA/BBA qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment processes independently.
