π Key Responsibilities
As an RO/SM, your daily responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and onboarding new LAP customers through direct and channel sales.

Building a strong client base through field visits, tele-calling, and digital outreach.

Managing end-to-end loan processing, documentation, and coordination with credit and operations teams.

Cross-selling other financial products to potential and existing customers.

Meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintaining good relationships with DSA/Connectors/Builders to generate leads.

Has minimum 1 year of relevant experience in LAP, MSME loans, or Mortgage loan sales.

Understands local market dynamics in Bhopal and has strong networking capabilities.

Has a basic understanding of financial documents like ITRs, bank statements, and property papers.
