Roles and Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Query Resolution:
- Resolve customer queries comprehensively to ensure zero repeats and escalations.
- Manage customer grievances within defined timelines.
- District Operations Management:
- Oversee operations activities in the assigned geography, covering one or more districts.
- Conduct visits to designated locations within each district for a defined duration.
- Complaint Handling and Reporting:
- Attend to all complaints from customers.
- Collate and submit complaints received at access points to the central team through CRM.
- Customer Education and Communication:
- Serve as a frontline ambassador of the bank.
- Educate customers on the grievance redressal mechanism, resolution time frames, and contact details of relevant authorities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the bank’s policies, products, and terms and conditions.
- Proactive Complaint Resolution:
- Contact concerned parties promptly via phone, email, or in person to resolve grievances within one day.
- Explain the complaint escalation mechanism to complainants.
- Priority Handling:
- Give high priority to complaints from Banking Ombudsman, Consumer Education and Protection Department of Reserve Bank of India, and Consumer forums.
- Product Promotion:
- Promote and market new and existing products and services offered by the bank.
- Adherence to Policies:
- Follow all banking policies as determined by the board of directors or bank owners.
Requirements:
- Positive and outgoing attitude with a strong passion for customer interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
- Previous experience in sales or field-related roles is a plus, but not necessary for Airtel Payment Bank.
