Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Query Resolution:
    • Resolve customer queries comprehensively to ensure zero repeats and escalations.
    • Manage customer grievances within defined timelines.
  • District Operations Management:
    • Oversee operations activities in the assigned geography, covering one or more districts.
    • Conduct visits to designated locations within each district for a defined duration.
  • Complaint Handling and Reporting:
    • Attend to all complaints from customers.
    • Collate and submit complaints received at access points to the central team through CRM.
  • Customer Education and Communication:
    • Serve as a frontline ambassador of the bank.
    • Educate customers on the grievance redressal mechanism, resolution time frames, and contact details of relevant authorities.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of the bank’s policies, products, and terms and conditions.
  • Proactive Complaint Resolution:
    • Contact concerned parties promptly via phone, email, or in person to resolve grievances within one day.
    • Explain the complaint escalation mechanism to complainants.
  • Priority Handling:
    • Give high priority to complaints from Banking Ombudsman, Consumer Education and Protection Department of Reserve Bank of India, and Consumer forums.
  • Product Promotion:
    • Promote and market new and existing products and services offered by the bank.
  • Adherence to Policies:
    • Follow all banking policies as determined by the board of directors or bank owners.

Requirements:

  • Positive and outgoing attitude with a strong passion for customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
  • Previous experience in sales or field-related roles is a plus, but not necessary for Airtel Payment Bank.
