
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
- Implement strategies to ensure consistent revenue generation for the company.
- Sales Activities:
- Make effective sales calls to prospective clients.
- Proposal and Presentation:
- Prepare client proposals and presentations to showcase company offerings.
- Sales Planning:
- Plan weekly sales cycles by conducting account mining through client meetings.
- Reporting:
- Generate and maintain sales-related reports, including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, and monthly sales plans.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies within the portfolio.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct competition tracking and monitor market trends regularly.
- Understanding Client Spends:
- Gain insights into client spends at a brand level and develop a Go-to-Market approach.
- Upselling and Cross Selling:
- Think innovatively to create solutions for clients through upselling and cross-selling various properties.
- Media Tracking:
- Utilize media tracking to identify and generate prospects.
- Briefing and Scheduling:
- Provide written briefs to programming for commercials based on client/agency inputs.
- Ensure accurate generation of ROs (Running Orders) and TOs (Transmission Orders) and schedule spots accordingly through collaboration with the sales coordinator and scheduler.
- Pricing and Collection:
- Ensure pricing is maintained as per stipulated targets.
- Follow up and ensure timely collection of payments, including sending payment reminders to clients and agencies.
- Multimedia Campaigns:
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring core brand creative to life by designing multimedia solutions and interactive campaigns for clients across On-ground, Digital, Content, Media, and PR.

- Proven experience in sales and revenue generation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with media tracking tools.
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing sales reports.
