Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filing and Documentation:
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
- Track files and keep accurate records.
- Email Correspondence:
- Draft professional emails while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordination and Follow-Up:
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure delegated work is completed on time and meets expectations.
- Follow up with third-party individuals or companies for various tasks.
- Communication Management:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications effectively.

- Skills:
