Established in October 2011, ESMACO operates across various states including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi. Position: Relationship Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Banking (Mortgage, Secured Lending) or Microfinance/NBFC sector.
• In-depth knowledge of managing multiple branches for business development with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Training: Impart training to the MFI (Microfinance Institution) staff, ensuring they are well-versed with mortgage-related policies and processes to the relevant extent.
2. Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely Turnaround Time (TAT) for all processes and troubleshoot any operational challenges that arise, maintaining operational efficiency across branches.
3. Business Development: Manage and oversee business development activities across multiple branches, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.
4. Communication: Facilitate all-round communication and provide timely information on business status to relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration within the organization.
