Key Responsibilities:
- Host live/recorded shows, planning and executing broad show formats in line with editorial guidelines and brand proposition.
- Shoot, edit, and post videos on various social media platforms to build influence and gain mass followers.
- Provide voiceovers for commercials, show promos, and station elements.
- Generate creative ideas for special events or themed days.
- Conduct content research, interviews, and gather sound bytes for shows beyond personal responsibilities.
- Regularly track and analyze competing radio channels for music trends, content, show formats, and specials.
- Contribute to questionnaires for celebrity interviews and show content during Outdoor Broadcasts (OBs).
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Programming Head or Producer.
Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with the Cluster Programming Head, Programming Head, Producers, First Impression Manager, Promo Producers, and other Radio Jocks.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation with any specialization.
Personal Attributes:
- Engaging personality with a strong presence.
- Excellent communication skills, great voice, and diction.
- Digital-savvy with active use of social media.
- Screen presence and the ability to act in videos.
