Role & Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of CASA & Liabilities:
    • Source CASA and liabilities accounts through cold calling and market references.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Implement sales and marketing activities within the branch to boost Liabilities business and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop new relationships and leverage existing ones to meet liability acquisition targets.
  • Customer Acquisition:
    • Acquire new customers through various channels, including campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, industry bodies, and associations.
  • Performance Targets:
    • Achieve overall numerical and value targets as per the scorecard.
  • Account Opening:
    • Ensure timely opening of accounts and provide a smooth onboarding experience to new-to-bank (NTB) customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ years of experience in BFSI/Banking (preferable).
  • Age up to 32.
  • Applicable for both male and female candidates.
  • Must have completed graduation.
