Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Decision-Making: Make sound and strategic decisions that propel the organization towards its goals.
2. HR Strategy Development: Develop and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
3. Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of contact for all HR communications to employees.
4. Employee Relations: Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or any other workplace issues.
5. Relationship Building: Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations.
2. Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in HR Business Partnering.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence internal stakeholders.
4. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Finance sector is a definite plus.
6. Leadership Skills: Must have experience in team handling.
