Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Process Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization.
- Payroll Coordination and Statutory Compliance:
- Oversee payroll coordination activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Employee Retention and Engagement Initiatives:
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Branch Visits (Mandatory):
- Conduct regular visits to branches in Solapur and Nagpur to understand HR needs and provide support as required.
- Build strong relationships with branch teams and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
- Other HRBP Functions for the Region:
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee development initiatives.

Requirements:
- MBA/MSW/PGDBA/PGDBM or equivalent degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
