Job Description:

Criss Financial Limited is seeking an experienced State HR professional to join our team in the capacity of State HR. The role will be based in multiple locations including Indore, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Vijayawada. As a State HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Generalist Functions:
    • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the assigned state, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  2. HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
    • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR support and expertise to drive business objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them.
    • Partner with business units to implement talent management initiatives, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Lead recruitment efforts for the state, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
    • Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning activities to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  4. Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale and productivity.
    • Identify and address factors affecting employee satisfaction and retention, implementing measures to improve employee engagement and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 7-9 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on both HR generalist and HRBP functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the MFI/NBFC sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
