Position: Training Manager

Location: Indore

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the banking or NBFC sector, with a focus on sales training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective sales training programs for home loans and LAP products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring understanding and application of key concepts and skills.
  3. Performance Analysis: Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback mechanisms, identifying areas for improvement and refinement.
  4. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives, driving sales performance and revenue growth.
  5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure training materials and content adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of trainers and training coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven track record in training and development, with certifications or qualifications in training methodologies and adult learning principles preferred.
