Position: State Credit Manager

Location: Jabalpur

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in the field of home loans and LAP.
• Proficient in performing due diligence (PDs), possessing sanctioned authority, and conducting property valuations.

Responsibilities:

1. Credit Risk Management: Assess and mitigate credit risks associated with home loans and LAP products.
2. Loan Underwriting: Evaluate loan applications, analyze creditworthiness, and make informed decisions on loan approvals.
3. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the credit portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
4. Valuation of Property: Conduct thorough property valuations to determine accurate loan amounts and minimize risks.
5. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the credit team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications or qualifications in credit risk management and mortgage lending will be advantageous.
