Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including customer service, loan disbursement, and collections.
2. Team Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to branch staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and providing support as required.
4. Financial Literacy Promotion: Contribute to the dissemination of financial literacy among clients, empowering them to manage their finances effectively.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining transparency and integrity in all operations.
